About Cindy
As a mother of two, wife, business owner, and the proud Republican Governor of Massachusetts, I understand how overwhelming tackling our issues and problems is. As I have boosted Massachusett's economy by 150% in three years, I have been able to fight for our country during the weakest moments and impact sustainable growth. I have worked with countless influential senators and representatives to strive to make an important difference. I graduated with a law degree from Georgetown University and currently have my own food product business, which is directly correlated and impacted by government control. As I fight for a better economy and job growth in the state of Massachusetts, I would like to expand and make a better living for those in the whole country. I'm ready to serve, protect, and lead this country.
Improving Our Nation
Again And Again
Policy Agenda
Foreign Policy and Intervention: With relations to our number one competitior, we should
continue trade with China. I mean they are our biggest trade partner and we can generate jobs from them.
I would also agree in getting rid of The American Foreign Aid as foreign aid to help poor countries doesn't help economic growth automatically and is a waste of money.
Education: I support superior and satisfactory education though not at the expense of increasing public spending level. I do support and encourage public-private relationships though.
Climate Change: The best way to address climate change is with a market-based solution to decrease greenhouse gasses. By investing in business's innovations and technology this would kill two birds with one tone by stimulating the economy as well.
Policy Agenda
Economy: As an experienced business owner I have felt that over the years our own government has controlled this economy for too long. With high tax rates and regulation. I greatly support the emphasis of lower or getting rid of income and estate taxes. But in general getting rid of any government spending program for our economy. We should have a Laissez Faire economy. Through tax credits and government/industry partnership this would stimulate growth.
Healthcare:
It's should a universal right but those better off should have better health care. Those that can get better health care get better health care. I would like to maximize market-based plans and reduce government plans for healthcare programs.
Policy: I know this sound concerning but, lowering minimum wage because higher minimum wages lead to inflation and make companies less competitive resulting in job losses. Lowering the minimum will maximize profits and a number of jobs.
